What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. We also accept payments via Paypal. All payments go through SSL-secured channels.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All items come with free shipping to US addresses.
How long is the shipping time?
Orders are processed, verified, packed, and shipped within 2-5 business days after successful payment. Your orders are then shipped from the warehouse closest to your location. We have warehouses in the USA and in multiple regions across the globe. All orders are tracked, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email.
USA: For USA orders, the average delivery time via USPS is under two weeks.
International: For international orders, your orders will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your location. However, shipping times vary greatly, depending upon your country. Please allow a delivery period of up to six weeks.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for shipments held at customs. If your tracking status states that your order is held up at customs, we recommend directly contacting your local customs office for guidance on claiming your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 to ship to international addresses.
Can I request for a replacement of my item?
We conduct a thorough quality check on the products before sending out packages. However, people do make mistakes and not all packages make it intact during shipment. Certainly, there are things that are out of control, no matter how careful we are.
If you received your item damaged or if you received the wrong color or variant, please notify us within seven (7) days, along with a photo of the item. Replacements will be honored if these conditions are met.
If you are not satisfied with your item, we back up all our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Unfortunately, we will not honor returns or replacements due to change of mind.
